NORTH BAY

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom 4th of July Celebration (7/4-7/7) Featuring live music, specialty food booths, and summertime games plus an ALL NEW drone show!


Napa Sunrise Rotary Club annual parade is a local favorite. The celebration then continues in Oxbow Commons as the City of Napa hosts a free July 4th Celebration with a drone show at 9:30 p.m.

Sonoma's Hometown 4th of July Celebration begins with a parade at the historic Plaza at 10 am, followed by old-fashioned festivities, food vendors, and live music until 5 pm. A fireworks show takes place over General Vallejo's Field at dusk. 

Sausalito day full of events is free and open to the public. Celebrate with a parade, live music, food, games, and fireworks!

• Parade: 10 a.m. Bridgeway to Caledonia Street, Sausalito, CA

• Town Picnic & Entertainment: Dunphy Park, Bridgeway at Napa Street, Sausalito, CA 

• Fireworks: 9:15 p.m. Gabrielson Park, Anchor Street & Humboldt Avenue, Sausalito, CA 

Vacaville July 4th free concert and fireworks at Andrews Park 6:30-9:30 

The Suisun City 4th of July Celebration is Thursday, July 4, 2024, starting at 11:00am at the Suisun City Waterfront. This year’s festivities will include food and retail vendors, amusement rides, petting zoo, pony rides, community acts, live music, and a fireworks show. This year’s amusement rides will be located in Sheldon Plaza and on Driftwood Drive.

SAN FRANCISCO

Fisherman’s Wharf 4th of July firework at 9:30 p.m. The fireworks display will be launched from two barges on the bay. Head to Fisherman's Wharf for some great viewing.

PENINSULA

Redwood City Chalk Full of Fun at the Courthouse Square. 7/3, 7/4

Palo Alto 4th of July Chili Cook Off and Summer Festival at Mitchell Park from 11am-3pm

Redwood City 4th of July parade (10am), festival and fireworks (9:30pm)

Woodside Jr. rodeo & 4th of July BBQ -family activities that includes pony rides, petting zoo, mechanical bull and 4th of July Bull Riding

SOUTH BAY

Parades/Daytime Events:

Morgan Hill Freedom Fest (July 3-4)

Cupertino has events throughout the day including a Pancake Breakfast (7:30am), Children's Parade (10am) & Concert (10:30am)

The Rose White and Blue Parade starting at 9:45am on The Alameda Almaden Lake Park (3pm) Festival

Santa Clara 4th of July (4-10pm) at Mission College. Enjoy a fantastic lineup of food trucks offering a variety of delicious eats, from classic American fare to international delights. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs for a relaxing picnic with friends and family.
