Accommodations
Upon arrival at this country property, the friendly staff will greet you, invite you to have a glass of wine before showing you to your accommodations. CordeValle has three room types: Fairway Rooms, Bungalows and Fairway Suites. All rooms have one California King Bed. You can add a rollaway bed to rooms for an additional fee. For families with 2-3 kids, booking two Fairway Rooms that can connect is ideal.
Have a larger family or group? Consider booking all four Fairway Rooms in one of the three buildings. You’ll have four separate guest suites each with its own bathroom and closet plus a shared middle area featuring a living room, dining room, kitchenette and powder room. There is also ample outdoor space for both the individual rooms and the shared space.
Dining
CordeValle has multiple spots to grab a bite to eat including Lion’s Peak Grill (breakfast, lunch and cocktails), One Iron Bar (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and Il Vigneto (fine dining dinner). At each spot, you’ll find a kids menu with favorites like scrambled eggs or pancakes for breakfast and freshly-made pasta or grilled cheese at lunch/dinner. For Il Vigneto, enjoy a delicious menu featuring seasonal ingredients designed by new Executive Chef Nicola Cavicchini.
Experiences & Activities
CordeValle offers a wide variety of activities ranging from golf and tennis to nature hikes.
For those who enjoy golf, there is an 18 hole, Par 72 Championship Course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. There is also a driving range, putting green and chipping practice area. Golf lessons are available.
The Tennis & Pickleball Center features four courts. Pre-reserve courts with the option to rent equipment and ball machines. Private and semi private lessons available.
Take a dip in the heated outdoor pool. Surrounded by lounger chairs and umbrellas, you can enjoy a poolside snack and cocktail while taking in the gorgeous valley views.
The Spa at CordeValle offers massage & facial treatments.
