La Petite Playhouse Birthday Party
The look on my son’s face in these pictures says it all! His birthday was as happy as it could have been! He got to spend it with his closest friends at his favorite indoor play space. Our memories of his special day are so happy!
It was also as simple for me as it could have been. When you have a birthday party at La Petite Playhouse, the party planners handle a lot of the little details for you. We set up a call and went over everything from food orders, invites, and the party schedule in about 30 minutes. I absolutely loved having someone else to plan with me. They are experts at this and do it all the time! Usually, I’m on my own with all the details since I’ve always personally hosted birthday parties for my children. I would choose this again in a heartbeat!
Here are some more pictures of the children playing inside La Petite Playhouse so you can see how clean, bright, and beautiful it is inside!
We love that La Petite has something for every child’s interest. There are 3 major play areas designated for different ages. They just remodeled the baby/toddler area a couple months ago and I love the new additions (the balloon pit is a favorite!). The slides are a hit with everyone! Whenever I am there, all the parents are enjoying themselves just as much as the kids are. It really is a space where you can destress and just connect with your child. On rainy days it can get busy in the afternoons, but other than that it’s usually calm and quiet. The staff keep it pristinely clean with the no shoe + socks only policy, hand washing requirements, and a designated food area. I personally appreciate that they really do care and enforce the rules as well. I know a lot of places that just have signs around but employees aren’t trained to be on the lookout or say something if needed.
Here are more details from the party room! Our monster truck cake was made my my friend who is a local mom and incredibly talented baker. It was so yummy and so beautiful. The taste was just as good as it looked! I was so happy to enjoy leftovers the next day HA! It was the perfect combo of sweet and rich vanilla flavor. The design staff at La Petite set everything up for me. I just showed up to the party 20 minutes early with everything and they step right in to help hang it all and make it look great in the space! It’s nice to bring the party mess out of your house and have cleanup taken care of. You can then go home to a clean house and enjoy the rest of your child’s day. It really makes the whole party experience so enjoyable. During the party, they even direct the kids for you and make sure everything happens on time with the transitions. The party ends on time and all goes smoothly. It’s relaxing to not be in charge of it all. I really loved just being there to enjoy it all!

Huge shoutout to @tayneemillerphotography for all these captures of Cubby’s 5th birthday! Taynee is a local bay area photographer and mom of 2. She is so good with the kids and knows how to get them to smile. You can get 10% off until the end of February if you book with her and mention this ad!
We are at La Petite often and can’t get enough! It is my son’s #1 requested outing. We all just have loads of fun for hours when we go. If you see us at La Petite come say hi!
